Associates is pleased to
announce that the University of Michigan will appoint David Lampe, effective
September 7, 2007.
Mr. Lampe
has been the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Harvard
Business School since 2002. Prior
to joining Harvard Business School, he was Director of Corporate Marketing and
Communication for Arthur D. Little, Inc. and, before that, Associate Vice
President for University Relations at Boston University.
For fifteen years earlier, Mr. Lampe served in various communications
positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He began his career as a journalist working at the Los Angeles Times
and Business Week magazine.
Mr. Lampe
holds two master’s degrees: one in
journalism from Stanford University, and the other in mechanical engineering
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute
